Position Overview for the Senior Project Manager (CSA / MEP):

  • Lead end-to-end delivery of large-scale construction projects, including ground-up, core & shell, sitework, and fit-out work
  • Manage contracts, budgets, schedules, and reporting processes to ensure project success
  • Oversee CSA (Civil/Structural/Architectural) or MEP (Mechanical/Electrical/Plumbing) scopes depending on expertise
  • Coordinate effectively with clients, contractors, and internal stakeholders to maintain project alignment
  • Track project costs, risks, and performance metrics, ensuring projects stay on track and within scope

Requirements for the Senior Project Manager (CSA / MEP):

  • 7–10 years of progressive experience in construction project management
  • At least 5 years supporting large-scale, fast-track construction builds ($100M+ projects)
  • Strong experience in CSA (Civil/Structural/Architectural) or MEP (Mechanical/Electrical/Plumbing)
  • Proven track record managing ground-up, core & shell, sitework, and fit-out projects ($100M+ preferred)
  • Strong knowledge of construction contracts, scheduling, budgeting, and reporting

This role supports the statewide Child Welfare project, providing on-the-ground system support and end-user training for Salesforce-based applications. Position Overview for the Salesforce On-Site Support & Training Specialist:

  • Serve as the primary on-site support contact during Salesforce system rollout waves across various NC DSS offices.
  • Provide real-time, in-person guidance and troubleshooting to end users to facilitate system adoption and usage.
  • Deliver hands-on support including system walkthroughs, user issue resolution, and training activities.
  • Track and document user questions, issues, and feedback, escalating complex technical problems as needed.
