  • Proven experience working in an Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
  • Ability to draft offer letters and conduct phone screens effectively
  • Strong professional communication skills to represent the company positively
  • Prior experience or familiarity with property management or real estate a plus
  • Comfortable working onsite five days a week in Nashville, TN
