Position Overview/Responsibilities for the Senior Program Manager – UKG Reimplementation:

  •  Lead the entire project lifecycle for the UKG Dimensions reimplementation, from initiation through go-live and stabilization.

  •  Ensure seamless integration between UKG Dimensions and the concurrent Workday implementation, focusing on timekeeping, payroll, and workforce management.

  • Develop and manage detailed project plans, resource allocations, and executive dashboards. 

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including HR, Payroll, IT, Nursing, and Finance to facilitate decision-making and project alignment. 

  • Partner with UKG Dimensions experts to manage project functionality, configuration, and best practices.

  • Proven leadership in full lifecycle UKG Dimensions implementations and reimplementations.
