  • 1-2 years of experience in bank reconciliations and handling depository activities.

  • Match credit card transactions with the general ledger and investigate chargebacks.
  • Verify store sales in the sales audit system, working with store management and IT to resolve issues.
  • Oversee daily fund transfers from local store accounts to corporate accounts and manage check processing.
  • Assist with accounts payable by sorting and stuffing checks.
  • Report any issues identified during the reconciliation process to management.
  • Help log, sort, and mail coupons for processing.
