  • Responsible for analyzing accounts to determine if service disconnection is warranted based on Texas PUC rules.
  • Performs balance transfers from inactive to active accounts and reviews accounts from automatic disconnect processes to ensure accuracy.
  • Runs reports in SAP-CCS and BW to support disconnect, reconnect, and monitoring processes.
