The Clinical Documentation Integrity Specialist (CDIS) is responsible for evaluating the quality, accuracy, and completeness of provider documentation in the medical record. The CDIS uses advanced clinical knowledge and a strong understanding of ICD-10 coding guidelines and documentation standards to perform comprehensive, concurrent reviews.

In-depth understanding of core infrastructure components, including networking, compute, and storage.
Must be local to Memphis or willing to relocate prior to the start date.
