Bachelor’s Degree or 2 years’ equivalent experience in lease administration, accounting, bookkeeping, or real estate

Ability to prioritize and manage large volumes of work with shifting priorities
Strong written, verbal, analytical, and research skills
Excellent organizational and documentation skills

Telecommunication industry experience is a plus, but not required
