IDR is seeking a Remote Clinical Sourcer to join one of our top clients for an opportunity in a remote setting. This role is focused on proactively sourcing clinical professionals such as Pharmacists and Pharmacy Managers nationwide. The organization specializes in healthcare staffing and talent acquisition, providing critical support in building high-quality candidate pipelines for challenging-to-fill pharmacy positions.

Position Overview for the Remote Clinical Sourcer:

• Responsible for proactively identifying, engaging, and building pipelines of qualified clinical talent to support current and future hiring needs.
• Collaborates closely with recruiters and hiring leaders to develop sourcing strategies.
• Utilizes multiple sourcing channels including LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, CRM platforms, referrals, social media, professional associations, and networking events.
• Focuses on sourcing for pharmacists, pharmacy managers, and similar clinical roles across the country.
• Builds long-term relationships with passive candidates to fill hard-to-source pharmacy positions.

Requirements for the Remote Clinical Sourcer:

• 3-5 years of experience as a Clinical Sourcer in healthcare recruiting.
• Proven ability to source Pharmacists, Pharmacy Managers, or similarly specialized clinical professionals.
• Expertise in using tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean searches, and pharmacy licensing databases.
• Strong sourcing volume management with KPIs including outreach volume, response rates, and pipeline conversion.
• Experience partnering with recruiters and hiring managers to develop effective talent pipelines, with an emphasis on sourcing rather than managing the full recruitment cycle.
