IDR is seeking a IT Project Manager (AI, Clinical) to join one of our top clients for an opportunity in Kentucky. This role offers the chance to work closely with a dedicated AI, Infrastructure, and Clinical teams to implement innovative initiatives that enhance healthcare operations through advanced technology solutions.
Position Overview for the IT Project Manager (AI, Clinical):
Manages the entire project lifecycle from project definition through implementation within a healthcare-focused organization.
Works closely with AI, clinical, and infrastructure teams to develop scalable and secure technology environments supporting AI initiatives.
Ensures projects meet scope, schedule, budget, and quality standards while aligning with organizational goals.
Establishes effective communication and change management strategies to keep projects on track.
Responsible for documentation, status reporting, and stakeholder engagement throughout the project.
Requirements for the IT Project Manager (AI, Clinical):
Active PMP certification is required.
Experience working with clinical teams or healthcare stakeholders such as physicians, nurses, clinical operations, care delivery, EMR/EHR, or patient workflows.
Demonstrated success in introducing new technology or capabilities into existing clinical or business workflows with effective implementation strategies.
Strong knowledge of project management tools including MS Project, Visio, Excel, and Word.
Proven ability to manage IT projects focusing on infrastructure, governance, security, and connectivity within healthcare environments.
