IDR is seeking a TA Specialist to join one of our top clients for an opportunity in Indiana.
This role supports recruitment efforts within a healthcare organization, focusing on sourcing, screening, and guiding candidates through the hiring process to ensure a seamless experience for both candidates and hiring managers.
Position Overview for the TA Specialist:
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and qualifications.
- Utilize data and up-to-date market insights to advise on market realities or alternatives.
- Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies within a variety of channels.
- Conduct thorough screening and assessment of candidates to ensure alignment with company’s requirements, culture, and values.
- Guide the manager and candidate through the interview phases, ensuring a robust and effective assessment process and a smooth, engaging experience.
Requirements for the TA Specialist:
- 3+ years of experience as a full life cycle Talent Advisor/Partner
- Experience has a consultative advisor, driving the recruitment process and outcomes.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and other HR software.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to adapt to industry trends, competitive landscape, and best practices.
