Senior Program Manager
Terms: They can do either 6-Month CTH or Direct Hire
Salary Range: $130,000 Base Salary + 15% Bonus

Location: Remote - Ideal if in Austin, DFW is 2nd choice

Project: American Campus Communities is about to kick off an ERP Replacement Project - They currently have 35 separate systems and they will be moving each of these to one ERP. They will start with their Financial modules & then will do their HR/HCM modules. They are currently in the RFP process to select their ERP & have narrowed it down to Oracle, Workday, or one additional. The Program Manager will be a part of the demo & selection process & then will be responsible for leading the ERP transformation.
Top Skills:
- Must have at least 2+ years' recent experience managing ERP transformation projects, specifically accounting/finance modules & HR/HCM modules
- 8+ years' experience in Project/Program Management experience, specifically managing ERP-related projects
