Position Overview: The manager is seeking a true Business Requirements Analyst to support a long-term UKG Pro Workforce Management implementation. This role will act as the primary business-side analyst, partnering closely with a third-party implementation partner while owning internal requirements and analysis work. Top Skills:

• 5+ years as a Business Analyst or Business Systems analyst  
• 3+ years of experience working with UKG Workforce Management (Time and Attendance)
• Prior experience handling UKG implementation projects
• Hands-on experience with Root Cause Analysis, Requirements, and Configuration of tools 
• Must have strong communication skills to speak with implementation partner and senior leadership
