IDR is seeking a Billing Analyst to join one of our top clients for an opportunity in Fort Worth, TX. This role is in a large transportation and logistics organization dedicated to efficiently managing freight operations while prioritizing environmental compliance and sustainable practices. The position involves supporting procurement and finance functions within a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
Position Overview for the Billing Analyst:
- Support procurement and finance operations by submitting and tracking purchase orders using Coupa and SAP systems.
- Ensure accurate coding of invoices to appropriate cost centers and accounts for proper expense allocation.
- Collaborate with internal departments to verify PO accuracy, vendor details, and contract alignment.
- Maintain organized digital and physical documentation for procurement and accounting records.
- Assist with month-end close activities by providing documentation and resolving invoice discrepancies.
Requirements for the Billing Analyst:
- 2+ years of experience in procurement, accounts payable, or a related accounting role.
- Hands-on experience with SAP and Coupa systems.
- Strong understanding of invoice coding, purchase orders, and general ledger accounts.
- Excellent attention to detail and data accuracy.
- Strong organizational and document management skills.
