Position Overview for the Job Title:

· .Leads medium to high complexity projects, supporting high complexity projects within a program team with Senior Project Manager/Program Manager collaboration.

· .Responsible for achieving project objectives on time, on budget, and following Mayo Clinic IT methodologies.

· .Manages projects with up to (USD)1 million budget, may supervise staff from other IT departments, and present project requests to institutional committees.

· .Supports senior project/program managers in strategic planning, demonstrates Project Focused Culture, advises IT staff on project management, and ensures adherence to budget guidelines.

 

Required Skills for the Job Title:

  • Bachelor's Degree and a minimum of 10 years' experience managing projects ranging from simple to difficult complexity while demonstrating increasing scope and depth of responsibilities, and involving multiple technological environments and/or business areas that IT supports.
  •  Strong working knowledge of Cloud-based IT projects (5+ years)
