Position Overview/Responsibilities for the Account Manager:
Engage in 100% outside sales, focusing on accounts across Tennessee, including Memphis, Chattanooga, Nashville, and Knoxville.
Develop and maintain strong relationships through in-person, field-based interactions, driving revenue and expanding the regional manufacturing book of business.
Execute full-cycle sales with complex sales cycles ranging from 8 to 12 months, targeting companies based on size and employee count.
Build prospect lists, map decision-makers, and schedule meetings to present complex solution sales focused on business outcomes.
Leverage existing relationships to gain early traction and maintain pipeline visibility.
Required Skills for Account Manager:
Minimum of 3-5 years of successful outside sales experience, with a focus on managed services or similar complex solutions.
Proven track record of quota achievement and measurable sales results.
Strong relationship-building skills with the ability to leverage existing connections.
Stable work history with a focus on long-term career growth.

• Lead the design and architecture of complex Workday integrations using tools such as Studio, EIB, Orchestrations, and APIs.
• Serve as a technical authority, reviewing designs and ensuring they align with enterprise standards and security requirements.
• Translate high-level business requirements into scalable, maintainable technical integration designs.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation, including Design Documents (DODs) and Business Requirement Documents (BRDs).
• Provide mentorship to team members and collaborate with project managers and consultants to ensure successful implementation of integration solutions.
Required Skills for Senior Workday Integration Analyst:
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in integration analysis, design, and development, preferably in large enterprise or healthcare environments.
• Strong understanding of Workday integration frameworks, including Studio, EIB, Orchestrations, and APIs.• Proficiency in data mapping, transformation, and error handling across cloud and on-premise systems.
