• Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies for both physical and digital platforms

Required Skills for Senior Marketing Director:

• 5-8+ years of experience in music, entertainment, or brand marketing with a proven record of strategic, audience-first thinking

• Deep understanding of catalog music and the cultural, emotional, and commercial power it holds

• Experience in building campaigns that appeal to both nostalgic fans and modern audiences

• Proven success developing and launching creative content, digital campaigns, physical products, and fan activations

IDR is seeking a MarTech AWS Architect to join one of our top clients in a hybrid role based in New Jersey (preferred) or the New York area. This role is perfect for a senior-level technologist with deep experience in AWS cloud architecture and customer data platform (CDP) solutions—especially within the Adobe stack. • Design, implement, and maintain scalable and secure customer data platform (CDP) architectures using AWS and Adobe technologies

• Architect cloud-native infrastructure using AWS services such as EC2, S3, RDS, Glue, Redshift, EMR, and Lambda

• Build and optimize data pipelines and ETL workflows to ingest and transform data from multiple sources

• Manage and maintain cloud-based data lakes and data warehouses supporting marketing and sales analytics

• Expertise in AWS cloud architecture, especially services related to data management and infrastructure

• Architect end-to-end enterprise solutions on Microsoft Azure, focusing on multi-tenant SaaS platforms.

• Lead cross-functional development teams, providing technical leadership and architectural guidance throughout the SDLC.

• Design microservices-based solutions with deep knowledge of containerization using Kubernetes / AKS, service mesh (e.g., Istio), and advanced networking (ingress/egress, sidecars).

• Develop domain-driven design (DDD) blueprints, application archetypes, and reusable patterns.

• Define and enforce architectural standards, principles, and best practices tailored to the financial services landscape.

• Review and analyze existing systems and codebases, determining reuse potential and modernization opportunities.

• AZ-305 Microsoft Azure Solutions Architect Expert Certification (must include Microsoft certification logo in profile/resume).
• 10+ years of experience in application architecture, with a strong focus on .NET/C# and Azure PaaS services.
• Proven experience as a lead solution architect in large enterprises such as Fiserv, preferably in banking or fintech.
• Deep expertise in designing and delivering multi-tenant SaaS platforms.
• Strong understanding of Azure services, including App Services, Azure Functions, Azure API Management, Azure AD, and Service Bus.
• Proficient in modern DevOps practices and familiarity with monorepo environments.
• Experience analyzing legacy/digital banking architectures to build modern AML platforms is a plus.
• Demonstrated experience with:
