Position Overview/Responsibilities for the Field Support Engineer:
Provide hands-on field support and diagnostics for system deployments, ensuring swift and professional resolution of incidents. Participate in the installation, testing, and calibration of road safety systems, collaborating with partners and local authorities. Deliver technical training and create clear documentation for partners, operators, and client field teams. Manage local spare parts and logistics to ensure high system availability and readiness. Required Skills for Field Support Engineer:
Over 10 years of experience in field service or technical support for electronic or industrial systems.
