Position Overview/Responsibilities for the Product Owner:

• Act as Scrum Master & Release Manager, leading daily standups, sprint ceremonies, retrospectives, and CAB (Change Advisory Board) meetings.

• Collaborate with engineers, QA, and field operations to define and document requirements, user stories, and QA test cases.

• Monitor support ticket trends and turn recurring issues into product improvement initiatives.

• Participate in release management activities and ensure smooth deployments.

• Support incident management efforts, including occasional nights/weekends for Sev1/Sev2 issues (with OT pay for hours over 40).

• Partner with senior business stakeholders (Sr. Directors and VPs) and technical teams to ensure alignment and smooth communication.

• Champion documentation and continuous improvement practices across the team.

• Stay current on POS and restaurant technology trends to help shape product strategy.

Required Skills for Product Owner:

• 1+ years of experience as a Product Owner / Business Analyst / Scrum Master in enterprise systems.

• 3+ years Hands-on POS & Payment systems experience (Micros Simphony highly preferred, NCR, Olo, Toast, or other enterprise POS accepted).

• Experience in the restaurant, retail, or hospitality technology space.

• Strong Agile experience with proven ability to run team ceremonies.

• Hands-on experience writing QA test cases, requirements, and documentation.

• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with comfort presenting to senior leadership.

• Flexibility to support critical incidents after hours when needed.

Preferred Skills:

• Familiarity with POS integrations such as Olo, OneDine, and Omnivore.

• Background in release management and continuous improvement initiatives.

Description

Delivers coordinated nursing care for a patient or an assigned group of patients according to established standards of care and the nursing process. Supervises and directs the activities of various levels of assigned nursing staff, and coordinates care with other disciplines while utilizing critical thinking, professional and supervisory discretion, and independent judgment.

Requirement

Outpatient Surgery and 5 x 8s Monday- Friday. This is a preop/recovery position, not an OR position. Shifts are anywhere from 0530-1930 or when the patients are done.  Pre and Post experience needed. Preop and Recovery - manager wanted this to me highlighted. 

Education and Work Experience:

• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN): Preferred

Provide document imaging services, including prepping, scanning, and quality review. Ensure timely and accurate uploading of records into the Document Management Solution/EMR. Conduct thorough medical record analysis and manage provider deficiencies as per regulations. Prepare and process vital records such as birth and death certificates in compliance with state laws. Perform data integrity tasks, including chart corrections and managing duplicate records.

At least 1 year of experience in a hospital Health Information Management Department. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and adept keyboard skills. IDR is seeking a MMIS/PBM SME to support a Medicaid project for a client of ours in New York. The position is remote but will require occasional travel to client site (all expensed) The role will focus on design, evaluation, and development related to pharmacy modules within Medicaid systems. The ideal candidate brings hands-on experience working on Medicaid pharmacy modules across different states and can contribute to an ongoing MMIS enhancement effort.

Position Overview/Responsibilities for the MMIS/PBM Consultant:

• Participate in the design, assessment, and configuration of Medicaid pharmacy modules.

• Work closely with business and technical teams to define requirements and ensure adherence to CMS and state regulations.

• Assist with integration, testing, and validation of pharmacy functionality within MMIS.

• Develop and maintain documentation on processes, requirements, and system impacts.

• Serve as a subject matter expert on Medicaid pharmacy module operations and best practices.

Required Skills for MMIS/PBM Consultant: 

• 5+ years of experience as an MMIS/PBM Functional Analyst or related role.
