About the Role:
We’re looking for a data-driven Digital Analytics Specialist with strong experience in Adobe Analytics to support our strategic fundraising and digital optimization efforts. In this role, you will turn complex data into actionable insights and compelling data stories that drive decision-making across teams.Key Responsibilities:
Analyze data from multiple digital sources to uncover performance trends and opportunities.
Build and maintain dashboards and reports using Adobe Analytics and Tableau.
Deliver insights and narratives to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Work closely with digital product teams to inform strategy with user behavior insights.
Leverage A/B testing, Adobe Target, and other tools to optimize digital experiences.
Requirements:
Minimum 4 years of hands-on experience with Adobe Analytics, including Workspace, dashboards, and reporting.
Strong communication and data storytelling skills across diverse teams.
Proficiency with digital analytics covering website, media, SEO/SEM, email, and creative data.
Experience with Tableau or similar BI tools preferred.
Product-focused mindset; proactive and outcome-oriented.
Must be located in NEO or Memphis — remote candidates will not be considered.
