  • 1–2 years of supervisory or management experience required.
Licensure/Certifications:
  • Active imaging credential (ARRT, ARDMS, NMTCB, etc.)
  • BLS certification required.

Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled Tandem Production Support Lead to join our technology operations team. This role is focused on maintaining the stability, performance, and reliability of Tandem HP NonStop environments, with particular emphasis on Base64 and Connex Switch technologies. The ideal candidate will have significant hands-on experience supporting production systems in large-scale enterprise environments and strong scripting and troubleshooting capabilities. Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide production support for Tandem HP NonStop systems and applications, ensuring system availability and performance.
  • Troubleshoot complex issues related to Base64, Tandem, and Switch platforms, including incident management and root cause analysis.
