Experience and Education: A minimum of 2-3 years of related HR experience is required. A bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory. Experience with Workday and Jira is also preferred.
Technical Proficiency: Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, with an emphasis on data management and reporting. Experience using HRIS systems, especially Workday, is highly valued for maintaining accurate employee records and supporting HR operations.
