Position Overview/Responsibilities for the Esports Strategist:

 

  • Spearhead the product development of esports digital goods in collaboration with the VALORANT game and esports teams
  • Coordinate the production of esports digital goods, acting as the liaison between game development and VCT partner teams
  • Collaborate with partner teams to develop and execute effective marketing campaigns and initiatives
  • Analyze the performance of digital goods, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to increase revenue
  • Consult with international leagues to develop and implement strategies that strengthen individual leagues and the overall esports ecosystem
  • Provide data and analytics support for international leagues and contribute to the advancement of other strategic initiatives

Required Skills for Esports Strategist:

 

  • 3+ years of experience in a Strategist, Analyst, Producer, or Product Manager role
  • Strong project management skills and the ability to collaborate effectively across a variety of stakeholders
