In this role, you’ll help build and manage conversion-focused paid media campaigns across major digital platforms, ensuring campaigns are launched accurately, paced to budget, and optimized based on performance. You’ll partner with cross-functional stakeholders in a fast-moving, data-driven environment within the gaming/entertainment space.

Position Overview for the User Acquisition Manager:

  • Own ad operations and campaign builds across platforms such as Google Ads, Meta, and TikTok
  • Manage budget pacing across multiple titles and international markets to hit performance and spend targets
  • Execute precise asset uploading, trafficking, and QA to ensure campaigns launch correctly and on time
  • Troubleshoot campaign, tracking, and creative issues using debugging tools and vendor collaboration
  • Report on performance trends and recommend optimizations to improve conversion outcomes

Requirements for the User Acquisition Manager:

  • 2–5 years of hands-on experience actively managing user acquisition (UA) campaigns, including mobile/UAC campaigns
  • Proficiency with key paid media platforms and tools (e.g., Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, TikTok Ads Manager, Google Ads Editor, Campaign Manager 360, and Floodlight concepts/implementation)
  • Strong Excel skills, including comfort working with performance data and building clear reporting outputs
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail, able to manage multiple campaigns, markets, and deadlines simultaneously
  • Familiarity with the gaming space (ideally firsthand experience as a player)
