*Must live in state of New Jersey*Position Overview/Responsibilities for the Engagement Specialist:
Conduct high volume of outbound calls to prospective patients and receive inbound calls from patients and providers.
Communicate effectively the value of our client's health program to increase enrollments.
Conduct outreach to existing patients to schedule annual exams or re-engage as necessary.
Adhere to procedures, workflows, and scripts to ensure HIPAA compliance and accurate communication about our client's services.
Utilize various software and electronic health record platforms efficiently.
Required Skills for Engagement Specialist:
High School Diploma or GED required.
English language proficiency required; bilingual (Spanish/English) preferred.
Proven ability to learn and retain information in a fast-paced environment.
Demonstrated experience in sales, telemarketing, in the healthcare industry, and heavy outbound appointment setting is strongly preferred.
Knowledge of medical terminology and previous home health and care management experience preferred.
