Required Skills for Engagement Specialist:

 
  • High School Diploma or GED required.

  • English language proficiency required; bilingual (Spanish/English) preferred.

  • Proven ability to learn and retain information in a fast-paced environment.

  • Demonstrated experience in sales, telemarketing, in the healthcare industry, and heavy outbound appointment setting is strongly preferred.
