Technical Product Manager Terms: All Capgemini contracts are ongoing with a right to hire after 3 months. Conversion at 90 days is rare and pre-specified by Capgemini, but the right to hire remains in place. Target Pay Rate: $66/hr C2C Location: Chicago, IL Work schedule details: Onsite Details: The Technical Product Manager will serve as a point person in leading product architecture for (client’s) products. This person will collaborate with solution architects, product owners, technology SMEs in developing technical product journeys and technical product roadmaps. An ideal person for this role is an expert in product-centric thinking, with good technical experience and with experience in a large-scale systems organization. Responsibilities will include: • Assist in the definition, design and delivery of solutions working with App Dev, Data Analytics, Security, Infrastructure and product owners from across the organization. • Work with Agile scrum teams on design, definition, documentation and guide implementation of features. • Directly work with key Business Stakeholder to investigate, identify, collaborate, and ensure the delivery of data solutions with for business units and customers. • Document and enter user stories in Jira and assist in story point analysis. • Prepare and maintain the product architecture roadmap which defines the evolution of products in conjunction with project initiatives. • Build data products throughout the data lifecycle to democratize data access. • Collect and analyze data to determine product direction and work with BU product owners/ SME’s to identify potential solutions, which informs the product roadmap. • Collaborate with other Product Owners to ensure programs and processes across the entire system are aligned and prioritized. • Think differently and bring disruptive innovative concepts and ideas forward. • Support communication, training, and documentation to enable successful user adoption. • Collaborate with data governance teams to efficiently capture, organize data for developing new features in support of new product initiatives from BU’s.
