Position Overview/Responsibilities for the Project Manager:
Planning, coordinating, and executing delivery aspects of assigned projects in support of initiatives within the Talent Technology portfolio.
Coordinating assignment of individual Talent Technology responsibilities, developing the project plan, tasks, and deliverables to ensure timely tech team delivery.
Actively participating in all aspects of the project during execution, managing issues and risks, facilitating change requests, and providing status reports.

This is a 6+ month contract position, with the possibility of extension.
Required Skills for Project Manager:
5+ years of experience working in project/operations area with the ability to effectively manage multiple projects with moderate to high risk.
3+ years of experience working with management level individuals, preferably within a mid to large size firm(s) or other professional services experience.
Experience in navigating in a matrix reporting environment solving/resolving complex issues.
Preferred Qualifications: Experience with Smartsheet, Workday, LMS, ServiceNow, and managing production incidents.
PMP Certification is a plus.
