Position Overview/Responsibilities for the Ivalua Consultant:

  • Collect and submit parcel shipment proof of deliveries (PODs) to internal systems.

  • Handle guest-requested address reroutes to ensure timely resolution of escalations.

  • Collaborate with guest services to address and resolve transportation issues.

  • Manage shipment exceptions, prioritize or expedite shipments, and track daily exceptions.

  • Contract through the end of the year with a strong possibility of extension.

Required Skills for Digital Transportation Coordinator:

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in a Logistics, Distribution, or Supply Chain environment.

  • Proficiency in SAP and Transportation Management Systems (TMS) is preferred.
