Position Overview/Responsibilities for the Ivalua Consultant:Assist in the configuration, customization, and deployment of Ivalua solutions (upstream and/or downstream)
Support project teams in requirements gathering, solution design, and testing efforts
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with business needs and technical feasibility
Participate in data migration, interface design, and end-user training sessions
Work with senior consultants or architects to develop functional specifications and support technical development
Troubleshoot issues and assist in post-go-live support and system enhancements
Required Skills for Ivalua Consultant:
L3 Certified in Ivalua (required)
0-3 years of experience in Ivalua implementation or related procurement/supply chain systems
Understanding of procurement lifecycle processes (Sourcing, Contracts, Supplier Management, P2P)
Basic knowledge of system integration principles (REST/SOAP APIs, flat files, SFTP, etc.)
Familiarity with SQL and data structures is a plus
Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Position Overview/Responsibilities for the Digital Transportation Coordinator:
Collect and submit parcel shipment proof of deliveries (PODs) to internal systems.
Handle guest-requested address reroutes to ensure timely resolution of escalations.
Collaborate with guest services to address and resolve transportation issues.
Manage shipment exceptions, prioritize or expedite shipments, and track daily exceptions.
Contract through the end of the year with a strong possibility of extension.
Required Skills for Digital Transportation Coordinator:
Minimum of 1 year of experience in a Logistics, Distribution, or Supply Chain environment.
Proficiency in SAP and Transportation Management Systems (TMS) is preferred.
Strong analytical skills and a self-motivated attitude.
Experience in vendor/carrier management and process improvement is advantageous.
Comfortable with learning new software and systems.
