Position Overview/Responsibilities for the Accounts Receivable Manager:

  • Lead the day-to-day operations of the Accounts Receivable department, including billing, collections, and cash application.

  • Own and optimize the full Accounts Receivable process, ensuring timely collections and accurate reporting of receivables.

  • Oversee account reconciliations, aging reports, and ensure Accounts Receivable transactions are recorded in accordance with company policy and accounting standards.

  • Monitor and report on key Accounts Receivable metrics to senior management.

Required Skills for Accounts Receivable Manager:

  • 5+ years of experience in Accounts Receivable, with at least 2 years in a leadership or managerial role.

  • Strong background in collections, cash application, and Accounts Receivable process ownership.

  • Experience working with ERP systems; familiarity with Microsoft Great Plains is preferred, and experience with Business Central and/or iSolutions is a plus.

  • Proven ability to lead, develop, and mentor teams.
