Position Overview/Responsibilities for the PowerBI Tech Lead:- Lead client discussions to define and architect the Power BI reporting solution, aligning with business and technical requirements.- Design and support the queries within Power BI to support complex Finance and Control reporting needs.- Drive performance optimization strategies, including query tuning and efficient data processing techniques.- Provide expert guidance on access management, data security, and user roles to ensure appropriate data governance.- Evaluate and address report volume considerations, ensuring scalability and responsiveness for large datasets.Required Skills for PowerBI Tech Lead:- Senior level resource with experience as a lead or an architect for Power BI Technical teams.- Client facing skills (great communication, professionalism, etc).- Experience with data warehousing, ETL, data modeling, and/or data bricks background.- Hands on experience with Power BI, not looking for a visualizer they need to be able to dive into what the reports should look like from a technical standpoint.- Guidewire knowledge is a plus!What’s in it for you?- Competitive compensation package- Full Benefits; Medical, Vision, Dental, and more!- Opportunity to get in with an industry leading organization- Close-knit and team-oriented cultureWhy IDR?- 25+ Years of Proven Industry Experience in 4 major markets- Employee Stock Ownership Program- Medical, Dental, Vision, and Life Insurance- ClearlyRated's Best of Staffing® Client and Talent Award winner 11 years in a row;
