The Maintenance Mechanic collaborates with Quality, Packaging, and Manufacturing departments to resolve production issues and ensure smooth operations. Responsibilities include: - Monitoring and maintaining process equipment - Supporting validation activities - Troubleshooting automated equipment - Managing documentation The role also involves assisting with facility repairs, managing inventory, ensuring GMP compliance, and effective communication with supervisors and other departments. Additionally, the Maintenance Mechanic may train colleagues, manage projects, and handle document control tasks.The Quality Engineer monitors customer and internal KPIs, champions improvements through analysis, and implements corrections using quality tools like Process Mapping, SPC, FMEA, Six Sigma, Kaizens, A3s, fishbones, and root cause analysis. They develop inspection plans for the inspection department and interface with program customers and management.

SCHEDULE AND PAY RATE Monday-Friday 6:30 am-3:00 pm (occasional opportunities for overtime during high times of production $19-$23/hr. DOE SUMMARY OF JOB DUTIES - Essential Functions (Other duties and projects may be assigned or requested.) • Set-up, conduct and monitor dynamic, static and abuse/cycle testing. • Maintain test facility (cleanliness, organization, supplies, etc.) • Maintain test equipment and fixtures in good working order including calibrations, spare parts, procurement, maintenance etc. • Design and build/oversee build test fixtures/platforms • Organize tools, hardware, and materials in an easy to find, easy to use formatEducation:
• School Diploma or GED equivalent is required
• Trade School or Certification preferred Experience: • 2+ years’ experience in setting up, conducting and monitoring dynamic, static and abuse/cycle testing Skills: • Electro/mechanical background • Independent • Professional • Various hand tool skills: grinders, drills, hand-held power tools, files, screwdrivers, and wrenches • Basic woodworking including band saw, table saw, jigsaw, drill press, and miter saw operation. • Ability to operate a forklift a plus • Fluent in English (written, oral) Other:Extended or irregular hours may be required.
