Job Title: Entry Level File Clerk/ClericalPay Rate: $17 per hour
Schedule: 1st Shift – 9:30am to 6:00pm Monday to Friday
Required to work 1 Saturday every 4 weeks (min of 6 hours)
JOB LOCATION: REDLANDS, CA.
Entry Level File Clerk/Clerical Job Duties:
• Tracking Files (Filed back/Withdrawn)
• Document Prep, Scanning, sorting, or all mortgage files
• Sort documents by vendor in an Alpha Numeric Order
• Sort or Wet/Dry signatures
• File/Re-Box documents when completing required tasks
• Push/Pull and reach objects as needed to complete tasks given
• Manage multiple priorities and production deadlines
• Climb up and down ladders about 80% of job duties

• Must have a HS/Diploma and or GED
• Must be able to lift 35/lbs. (carts are provided to reduce the amount of carrying boxes)
• Must be able to Climb a ladder (up to 5FT high)

• Training – Can be up to 1-2 weeks*

We are seeking a Client Services Account Administrator for a long term contract opportunity with a large reputable financial services organization in Santa Ana, CA!
The Client Services Account Administrator will be responsible to:
Daily administration of 100+ MBS trusts (includes RMBS, CMBS, and ABS)
Manage cash accounts for domestic and some international clients; including investment, liquidation and distribution of funds
Respond to daily inquiries from Clients, Investors and other deal parties
Review and approve monthly distribution payments and statements
Review compliance to ensure conformity to the transaction documents
Perform ongoing maintenance of deal/account information across several bank applications
Monthly preparation of documents requested by various deal parties, in particular mortgage loan servicers
Collaborate with other team members to address department projects
Ensure compliance with KYC and new account opening processes
The Client Services Account Administrator requirements to be considered:

The Portfolio Accounting Analyst will be primarily responsible to keep track of expenses and forecast future performance while preparing and examining financial reports with an eye for accuracy and compliance.
Portfolio Accounting Analyst Key Responsibilities:
Accurately setup asset profiles in trust accounting/reporting system
Maintain and update trust reporting database, reconcile to other DB applications
Daily cash receipting, wiring, and investing of funds
Journalize and reconcile daily cash and investment activity
Communicate with Operations Group to manage bond and loan settlements
Review and reconciliation of overdrawn accounts
Respond to bondholder inquiries
Data Entry
Portfolio Accounting Analyst Skills and Experience:
Understanding of general accounting and financial reporting principles.
General understanding of structured credit products.
Competent in all MS Office products.
Advanced MS Excel abilities - Comfortable with complex formulas and modelling techniques.
Strong written/verbal communication skills.
Strong organizational skills.
BA/BS, preferably in Accounting, Finance, Business or Economics
Must have exceptional communication skills
Hybrid schedule, 3 days a week in the office
Standard hours are 8:30 to 5:30. Also there’s a possibility of OT as their responsibilities increase.
