I loooooove Matt. He’s prompt, informative and personable. I called in the middle of the night accidentally. He followed up to make sure everything was ok. I told him you can tell when people genuinely care about their job and people. The consistency in communication to get me hired on was amazing. I was never lost in the process and he kindly reminded me of deadlines. We also worked as a team through the background check and hiring process. Matt should be your highest paying recruiter.
