Melanie is nothing short of awesome. Communication Is always key and she excels. Helpful with guidance and prep and everything that she has shared has been on point. I wish I WOULD HAVE HAD HER HELP 10 years ago… I would be a sitting CEO somewhere by now! A humble thanks for her help… you should have a sliding bonus scale based on each hoop that your recruiters bring their clients through! One for initial interview, second interview, if offer is made and if person takes the job a big bonus!
