Job Duties:

• Responsible for greeting patients, checking patients in and out, scheduling appointments, verifying insurance, collecting copays, assisting with patient registration, entering information into the computer system, and assisting with various administrative tasks
• This is a multifaceted role that requires someone who is adaptable, eager to learn new things, and willing to jump in and help wherever needed.
• The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills, empathy, and a patient-focused approach, along with a professional demeanor both in person and over the phone.

Minimum Requirements

• 2+ years of experience as a Medical front desk/receptionist
• High School Diploma or GED
• Client requires PPD testing

Fulfillment Pharmacy Tech - Nights   HealthCare Support is actively seeking multiple Fulfillment Pharmacy Tech - Nights to fill a large start class November 9th with our prestigious healthcare client in Canal Winchester, Ohio.    Daily Responsibilities for Fulfillment Pharmacy Tech - Nights

• Using Walgreens prescription data entry procedures and guidelines, processes new patient registration by entering data into appropriate system. Handles patient prescription requests within HIPAA guidelines and enters refill orders for processing. Troubleshoots to obtain missing prescription information and interprets medical abbreviations (SIG codes). Resolves all data entry related exceptions.
• Run automated machinery, sort medications, transition inventory through different workflow stages with a focus on quality control.
• Count and fill prescriptions, affix labels, pack and ship. Clean and help maintain machinery and maintain an orderly work area.
• Monday to Friday 8am-4:30pm PST

Required Qualifications for Fulfillment Pharmacy Tech - Nights

• High School Diploma/GED
• Clear and active Ohio Pharmacy Tech license 
• 2+ years of relevant pharmacy tech experience is preferred
