PBM Account Executive, Health Systems - Hybrid   Join a growing healthcare technology and PBM organization in New York, NY that is redefining pharmacy benefit management for health systems and payers. In this high-impact role, you'll serve as a trusted advisor to executive stakeholders, leading strategic client relationships, renewals, and pharmacy benefit initiatives. This opportunity offers competitive compensation, an annual bonus, hybrid flexibility, strong benefits, and the chance to make a meaningful impact across complex health system accounts. Pay Details: $163,600 - $204,500 a year (based on experience) 

• Eligible for 10% Annual Bonus!
• $3,000 Relocation Assistance (if applicable)

Shift: Monday – Friday | 8a-5p | Hybrid Daily Responsibilities for the PBM Account Executive - Health Systems:

• Build and maintain strategic relationships with health system clients, serving as a trusted advisor to executive stakeholders and driving client satisfaction, retention, and growth
• Lead the full client lifecycle, including implementation, business reviews, renewals, contract management, performance guarantees, and regulatory compliance
• Provide consultative guidance on pharmacy benefit management strategies, healthcare trends, and plan optimization while coordinating cross-functional teams to deliver client value and success

Required Qualifications for the PBM Account Executive - Health Systems:

• Account Executive experience in the healthcare industry or PBM setting
• Working knowledge of 340B program mechanics
