Dermatology Advanced Practice Provider (NP/PA) – Multiple Locations Across North Carolina HealthCare Support is seeking Nurse Practitioners (NP) or Physician Assistants (PA) for multiple opportunities across Eastern North Carolina with a mission-driven, community-focused healthcare organization.This dermatology program is focused on medical dermatology, offering providers the opportunity to build meaningful patient relationships while practicing at the top of their license in a supportive, well-resourced environment. Compensation:
  • $140,000 - $160,000 annual salary (based on experience)
  • Quarterly productivity incentive bonus tied to performance metrics
Primary Hiring Locations:
  • South Central NC (Sandhills): Fayetteville, Dunn, Rockingham
  • Eastern NC (including Coastal Markets): Carolina Beach, Jacksonville, New Bern, Wallace, Tabor City, Rosewood
Out-of-state candidates are encouraged to apply! Relocation support may be available depending on location and experience. Schedule:
  • Full-time, 40 hours weekly
  • Schedule varies by facility/location with some sites operating 5x8s, others 4x10s
  • Alternative schedules may be possible depending on site setup

Daily Responsibilities
  • Provide medical dermatology care, evaluating and managing common skin conditions, developing treatment plans, prescribing medications, and ordering/interpreting diagnostic testing.
  • Manage patient care independently or semi independently, including conducting complete histories and physicals, educating patients on conditions and preventive care, and documenting all encounters accurately in the EMR.
Qualifications
  • Active Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant license in North Carolina
  • Dedicated dermatology-focused experience required
