• Evaluate and provide therapy to patients with hand pain, or recovering from hand injuries and hand surgeries.
• 36-40 hours per week, can work 4 days instead of 5. M-F (Flexible)

Required Qualifications for Occupational Therapist:

• Experience in hand therapy
• Excellent customer service skills
• OT license from Washington State, and Certified in Hand Therapy by the Hand Therapy Certification Commission

Nurse Practitioner HealthCare Support is actively seeking a  to Nurse Practitioner fill an opening in Utica, New York. Daily Responsibilities for Nurse Practitioner:

• Conduct comprehensive assessments
• Effectively manage acute and chronic medical and behavioral conditions
• Ensure accurate and complete documentation, including ICD 10 conditions
• Monday to Friday 8AM - 5PM

Required Qualifications for Nurse Practitioner:

• Active and unrestricted license in New York 
• Needs to have minimum 1 year working experience as an NP (they will not accept new grads with no experience)
• NP: Graduate of an accredited Master of Science Nursing or Doctor of Nursing Practice program
• NP: Board certified through the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners or the American Nurses Credentialing Center

Preferred Qualifications for Nurse Practitioner:

• 1+ year of clinical experience in practice (long-term care setting preferred)
• Experience in meeting the medical needs of patients with complex behavioral, social and/or functional needs
• Understanding of Geriatrics and Chronic Illness
• Understanding of Advanced Illness and end of life discussions
