Resident Services Manager - RN + $5K Bonus

HealthCare Support is actively seeking a Resident Services Manager / RN to fill an opening with an organization redefining senior living to improve quality of life throughout every stage of the aging process in Bismarck, ND! Daily Responsibilities for Resident Services Manager / RN: 

• Act as supporting manager and provide training to a team of clinical staff
• Provide clinical oversight of resident care plans
• Ensure that the delivery of care meets expectations
• Assess current and prospective residents
• Assist in the hiring of clinical care staff
• Monday-Friday 8-5

Required Qualifications for Resident Services Manager / RN:

• Current state Registered Nurse (RN) 
• Previous experience supervising staff
• Geriatrics, dementia, and/or assisted living experience, desired
• Passion and drive for helping others
• A desire to continue learning and improving your skillset

• $72,000 -$77,000 per year
