Respiratory Clinician (RT/RN) - Home Medical Equipment | CLOVIS, NM Looking to make a clinical impact without hospital shifts or bedside burnout? HealthCare Support is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) or Respiratory Therapist (RRT/CRT) for a full-time DME Specialist role in CLOVIS, NM . Compensation & Incentives:

• Base pay $29/hr - $36/hr per hour, with flexibility based on experience
• Additional earning potential of up to $7,000 annually, depending on location
• Quarterly performance bonus opportunities
• Mileage reimbursement & Company-provided cell phone

Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:30 am – 5:00 pm Benefits:

Daily Responsibilities:

• Deliver and manage respiratory equipment in community settings while educating patients and families on safe, effective use of CPAP, oxygen, and ventilator systems.
• Combine clinical assessment, organization, and compassionate teaching to improve patient outcomes.

Qualifications:

• Active, unrestricted state licensure as a Respiratory Therapist or Registered Nurse (RN) required
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required

• The position requires strong experience in creating behavioral plans

Qualifications:

• Master's Degree in psychology or related field 
• Active BCBA
• One year experience working with special populations in crisis intervention, staff training and development preferred
• Conduct of research in behavior analysis within an applied setting preferred.
