Healthcare Customer Service Advocate
HealthCare Support is actively seeking a
Healthcare Customer Service Advocate to fill an opening with a
Managed Care Organization in
Hawaii.
Daily Responsibilities for Healthcare Customer Service Advocate:
- Responsible for answering the inbound calls from patients, prescribers, and other healthcare professionals.
- Responsible for contacting doctors to obtain necessary prescription information to properly fill a prescription.

Regular Shift: M-F 8am-4:30pm HST with a 30-minute break
- Remote position Must Live in Hawaii
Required Qualifications for Healthcare Customer Service Advocate:
- High School Diploma or GED
- 2-3+ years of customer service experience.
- This is a full function call center - must be comfortable with inbound calls, doing research after the call to help ensure the member's needs are met and completed correctly, and documenting the call
- Strong typing skills 30 WPM + (must put on resume, no typing test required if they already know their speed)
- Good tenure and attendance in past positions (1+ year at most positions)
Preferred Qualifications for Healthcare Customer Service Advocate:
- Healthcare back office or MCO experience

Pay Details: $19.00/hour – 19.00/hour
