Pharmacist in Charge (PIC) - Christiansburg, VA | Monday - Friday
Looking for a pharmacy leadership opportunity with a consistent weekday schedule and no weekends? This position offers the chance to make a meaningful impact within an established, high-volume, closed-door pharmacy operation while enjoying a more predictable work-life balance.
Compensation: $150,000 - $165,000 annually
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM, No weekends!

Daily Responsibilities:

Provide clinical oversight and support to pharmacy staff, promote efficient workflows, maintain quality standards, and collaborate with operational leadership to identify opportunities for process improvement.
Qualifications:

Active, unrestricted pharmacist license in Virginia
