WHAT YOU’LL DO As a Healthcare Recruiter, you'll connect healthcare professionals with career opportunities across the country while partnering with clients to fill critical staffing needs.

Responsibilities include:

• Recruit healthcare professionals nationwide
• Build relationships with candidates through phone, text, email, and virtual communication
• Source, screen, interview, and guide candidates through the hiring process
• Manage your own pipeline of candidates and open positions
• Partner with sales teams to fill jobs quickly and successfully
• Use multiple systems while staying organized and meeting performance goals

 

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

• 2+ years of customer service, sales, hospitality, retail, teaching, or similar experience
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Strong organization, multitasking, and problem-solving abilities
• Comfortable working in multiple computer systems
• Self-motivated, accountable, and driven to achieve goals

 

TRAINING, SCHEDULE & LOCATION

This is a local position based in Maitland, Florida. Office Hours: Monday-Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., with a one-hour lunch break. You'll begin your career with in-office training, where you'll learn our recruiting process, healthcare industry, and technology. After successfully completing your new hire ramp period, you'll transition to a hybrid work schedule, working both remotely and from our Maitland office.

COMPENSATION

• Base Salary: $45,900 annually
• Commission: Estimated $18,000-$45,000+ annually, based on individual performance
• Estimated Total Earnings: $63,000 -$90,000+ annually, based on individual performance
