Schedule: Monday - Friday | 8a-5p

Daily Responsibilities for the Pharmacist in Charge:
- Evaluate and verify medication orders, monitor patient drug therapies, and collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure safe and effective home infusion treatment plans
- Compound and dispense specialty infusion medications, provide clinical consultations, and maintain accurate documentation while ensuring compliance with pharmacy regulations and USP 797/800 standards
Required Qualifications for the Pharmacist in Charge:
- Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy
- Registered Pharmacist in the state of practice
