HealthCare Support is seeking a
Pharmacist to join a nationally recognized
Specialty Infusion Pharmacy in
Irving, TX
Compensation:
-
$69/hr. - $73/hr. (depending on experience)
Schedule: Monday – Friday, hours vary between 7:30 AM – 6:00 PM

Daily Responsibilities:

Responsible for reviewing, verifying, and monitoring medication therapy plans for home care patients in collaboration with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals. This role supports patient admissions and referrals, evaluates the safety and effectiveness of drug therapies, and helps develop individualized treatment plans and monitoring parameters.
Qualifications:

Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy required; Doctor of Pharmacy

Registered Pharmacist License in state(s) of practice
