Remote LTSS HEDIS Abstractor
HealthCare Support is actively seeking multiple Remote
LTSS HEDIS Abstractors to fill large start classing for HEDIS season with a
prestigious Healthcare Organization.
Daily Responsibilities for Remote LTSS HEDIS Abstractor:
Principal Duties and Responsibilities:

Abstraction/overread of medical records for the Long Term Services and Supports (LTSS) and Screening, Risk Assessment, and Plan of Care to Prevent Future Falls measures. Experience with these measures is a must (CAU, CPU, RAC, SCP, FFR, and FFS)
- Accurately extract and enter data from charts, EHRs, and other clinical documentation into internal abstraction systems.
- Conduct overreads of abstracted records to validate data accuracy, completeness, and compliance with measure specifications.
- Identify discrepancies or errors in abstracted data and provide clear feedback to abstractors to ensure quality and consistency.
- M-F: 8a-5p
Required Qualifications for Remote LTSS HEDIS Abstractor:
- LTSS Required--(CAU, CPU, RAC, SCP, FFR, and FFS). Would also consider TRC and COA
Preferred Qualifications for Remote LTSS HEDIS Abstractor:
- 3+ years HEDIS / medical record review / or MRRV experience within the last 3 years
- RN or LPN/LVN Required

Pay Details: $35.00 – $45.00 an hour (Depending on RN or LPN/LVN Licensure)
