Manager of Emergency Services to join a well-established acute care hospital serving the Fort Walton Beach and surrounding Emerald Coast communities. Daily Responsibilities for Manager of Emergency Services:

Lead and oversee patient care operations, ensuring clinical excellence, regulatory compliance, and a strong culture of patient-centered care. This role collaborates with interdisciplinary teams to support continuity of care, improve quality outcomes, and enhance the overall patient experience through proactive leadership and rounding.

Required Qualifications for Manager of Emergency Services:

Active, unrestricted Florida Registered Nurse (RN) license or valid compact licensure. If hired with a compact license, an active Florida RN license must be obtained within 90 days of hire
- Emergency Room experience
- Strong leadership background

Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) required
