Compensation: $25.00 - $26.50/hour
Shift: Monday - Friday, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm
Daily Responsibilities for Care Navigator - Bilingual (Mandarin):

As a Care Navigator, you'll serve as a trusted resource for Mandarin-speaking patients, guiding them through every step of their healthcare journey. You'll coordinate specialist referrals, diagnostic appointments, and follow-up care while partnering closely with providers and the care team to ensure patients receive timely, high-quality, patient-centered support. This role combines care coordination, customer service, and healthcare navigation to improve health outcomes and create an exceptional patient experience.
Required Qualifications for Care Navigator - Bilingual (Mandarin):

Fluent in Mandarin and English

Minimum of 6 months of healthcare experience

Strong customer service and communication skills

Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
