HealthCare Support is a looking for a
CPhT for a
Pharmacy Member Services Specialist to join a growing PBM organization in
Orlando,
FL. You will use your pharmacy knowledge to help members navigate medication and pharmacy needs. You’ll work with members, pharmacies, prescribers, and healthcare teams while gaining valuable experience in PBM, pharmacy benefits, and member advocacy.
Schedule:
- Monday–Friday, 11:00 AM–7:00 PM with a 30-minute break
- Fully On site

Daily Responsibilities:
- Manage member cases, respond to questions, coordinate with pharmacies and providers, and provide timely, personalized support.
- Deliver a professional and empathetic member experience while resolving concerns and meeting service and performance goals.
- Follow company policies and regulations while collaborating with internal teams and maintaining accurate documentation.
Required Qualifications:
- Pharmacy Technician Certification (CPhT)
- Minimum 2 years of experience in PBM, health plan, MTM call center environment OR 4 years in hospital/retail pharmacy setting
