Hospital Liaison - On site at the Hospital. No trade show or patient visits at the home!
HealthCare Support is seeking a
Hospital Liaison to join a top respiratory and DME provider supporting patients throughout the
Rochester, MN community. This is a great opportunity to be in a more autonomous, patient-focused role centered around respiratory equipment.
This company offers a strong training and onboarding program and is
open to any healthcare background including hospitals, long-term care, skilled nursing, assisted living, rehab, and home health!
Compensation:
- Hourly Pay - $22.00-$23.50

Quarterly Bonus up to $800 per quarter based on performance and eligibility criteria
Schedule:
- Tuesday - Saturday, 8:30/9 AM to 5/6 PM
Benefits:
- PTO accrual starts from hire date and increases with tenure | Year 1–2: 104 hours/year (13 days)
- Floating Holidays (FHL) based on hire month: Up to 5 days
- Paid Holidays: 6 days (e.g., New Year’s Day, Independence Day, etc.)

Daily Responsibilities:
- Deliver O2 tanks and other DME equipment to discharging patients and checking in with referral sources about needs throughout the day
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- 3+ years of related work experience
- Experience working with medical equipment or in a healthcare setting
- Familiarity with medical billing practices and insurance reimbursement
- Background in medical administration and record management
- Knowledge of medical terminology
- Need to be very organized and detail oriented
