Patient Care Manager (Registered Nurse) to fill an opening with a company that offers a powerful combination of leadership, meaningful patient impact, and

Pay Details: $90,000 - $110,000 a year (based on experience)
Schedule: Monday-Friday 8am-5pm

Daily Responsibilities for RN Clinical Manager:

Oversee daily clinical operations by coordinating patient care, supervising staff, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations, and maintaining quality standards for patient outcomes

Lead and support the care team through coaching, scheduling, performance management, and ongoing communication with patients, families, and healthcare partners. This is primarily an office-based role with occasional field visits as needed
Required Qualifications for RN Clinical Manager:

Active Texas RN license
-
Home Health and People Leadership experience
-
Valid driver's license and insured, reliable transportation
