Home Health Clinical Manager (Mon-Fri, 8a-5p)

Healthcare Support is seeking a Home Health Clinical Manager for a highly rated national home health organization in Melbourne, FL.

This is an excellent opportunity for an RN with recent home health leadership experience to lead a clinical team and help drive quality patient care. The Clinical Manager will oversee daily operations, ensure compliance, support quality initiatives, and mentor clinicians in a primarily office-based role.

The position offers competitive pay, bonus potential, comprehensive benefits, and strong work-life balance

Pay Details: $90,000 - $100,000 a year (based on experience) + Bonus Potential up to $10,000

Schedule: Monday-Friday 8am-5pm

Daily Responsibilities for Home Health Clinical Manager:

• Oversee daily clinical operations, patient care services, and care coordination while ensuring quality outcomes and regulatory compliance
• Lead, coach, and support clinical staff through performance management, training, and ongoing professional development
• Manage quality and compliance initiatives including survey readiness, QAPI programs, patient satisfaction efforts, and performance improvement activities
• Serve as a clinical resource for staff, patients, families, and healthcare partners while maintaining operational excellence across the agency

Required Qualifications for Home Health Clinical Manager:

• Active Florida RN license
• 3+ years of experience as a Registered Nurse
• 1-2 years of recent leadership experience within a home health agency
• Experience with OASIS documentation
• Current CPR certification
• Valid driver's license and insured, reliable transportation
