RN Call Center - $4K Sign on Bonus
HealthCare Support is seeking a
Respiratory Therapist or
Registered Nurse to join a top respiratory and DME provider supporting patients throughout
Murray, KY. This role does not require any direct nursing care nor does it require entering any patient homes!
Compensation:

Base Pay of $35 - $37+ an hour (additional flexibility for the right experience)

$4K Sign on Bonus
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00am–5:00pm, No Weekends, No Holidays
Benefits:

PTO accrual starts from hire date and increases with tenure | Year 1–2: 104 hours/year (13 days)

Floating Holidays (FHL) based on hire month: Up to 5 days

Paid Holidays: 6 days (e.g., New Year’s Day, Independence Day, etc.)

Daily Responsibilities:
-
Counsels and re-educates non-compliant patients based on physicians’ instructions
-
Gathers information from patients, care-givers, field personnel, etc. regarding equipment problems and troubleshoots problems based on information provided

Initiates patient enrollment into CPAP Compliance Program

Learns and understands basic insurance guidelines
Qualifications:
-
Active and unencumbered state licensure as a Respiratory Therapist or Registered Nurse

Valid driver's license in the state of residence, and reliable transportation
